Radisson Blu Marne-la-Vallee Hotel Disneyland Paris Review

When we visited Disneyland Paris we stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel in Marne-la-Vallee and after our stay, I highly suggest staying at this hotel if you are going to be visiting Disneyland in Paris. This hotel used to be a Disneyland Paris partner hotel, and while it is no longer it is still a great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland Paris.

When we started planning our trip to France one of our must-visit stops was Disneyland Paris. We love Walt Disney World in Florida and we loved our stay at Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Since we were going to be close to Disney Paris visiting was a must.

We started our Europe trip with a day in Paris and then continued the trip with our trip to Disneyland Paris.

Our friend who lives in France met us at Disney for 2 fun-filled days at the Disney Parks and helped me with our planning. Originally I wanted to stay at a Disney property. My friend told me about the Radisson Blu near Disney Paris and that he loves the hotel and that is where he and his son were going to be staying. I booked us there as well so we were at the same hotel and I am glad we did.

We had a great trip and stay at the Radisson while visiting. The only thing I wish we had been able to do was to make a stop at the La VallĂ©e Village and the Val d’Europe Shopping Center. But there is always next time!

Our stay at the Disneyland Paris Radisson Blu Hotel

We spent 3 nights and 2 Days exploring the Disney Paris parks before heading to Blotzeim France and we stayed at the Radisson Blu Marne-la-Vallee Hotel. We had an awesome time both in the parks and when we were at the hotel.

Getting to the hotel from Paris was easy and getting to the airport from the hotel was easy. The hotel facilities and amenities are perfect for a family visiting Disney Paris.

We had quite a few meals while at the hotel and all of it was delicious.

Each morning we went down to the breakfast buffet at the La Verrière restaurant that is located in the hotel and had breakfast before heading to the Disney parks.

On our first night, we enjoyed food and wine from the Bar upon our arrival at the hotel. For our second night, we ordered takeout from a local place to be delivered to the hotel.

On our last night, we ate dinner at the onsite Italian restaurant.

Each night that we were at the hotel we also sat in the bar table area while the kids played pool and enjoyed a glass of wine while relaxing a bit.

After our Disney Park time, the kids came back to the hotel and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the fitness area.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Paris was the perfect hotel for us and I would for sure stay here again if we are going back to Disneyland Paris.

What Radisson Blu Marne-la-Vallee Hotel Room did we book?

We booked 2 standard rooms with breakfast included. Each standard room has either a double bed or two twin beds, plus a sofa bed for a third person.

We put the older 3 kids in one room and then my husband, myself, and our youngest in the other room. It was the perfect setup for us and we had plenty of space for our belongings and being in the rooms without feeling like we were on top of each other. The older kids also enjoyed being able to relax at night without Mom and Dad bugging them.

We opted to book rooms that included breakfast for everyone in the room. This ended up being a huge money saver as the morning buffet breakfast is an additional charge of 23 EUR per person if you do not book a stay that includes breakfast. For our room, I booked the breakfast-included rate which was â‚¬20 more per night than the room without breakfast. If we had paid the buffet price onsite it would have been â‚¬414 for all 3 breakfasts we ate at the buffet. Booking the room with breakfast included only added â‚¬120 to the room cost.

Yes! This hotel is perfect for families. This hotel offers a range of amenities that make this a great place for families.

There is an indoor pool, a fitness center, and in the lobby area a pool table. There are also scavenger hunts the kids can go on and an outdoor playground area.

You can eat at the restaurant or you can order snacks until late at night at the bar.

There is Free Wi-fi. Traveling while working on the go means Wi-Fi is needed everywhere I go. The free wifi was perfect for the kids to watch some tv at night on their phones as the tv in the room was in French.

Why we loved Radisson Blu in Marne-la-VallĂ©e

Aside from being family-friendly there are other reasons we loved this hotel.

Easy Check-in and Check-Out. Checking in was easy. I had prepaid the room online when I booked it so the only thing I needed to pay upon arrival was the city tax. Checking out was super easy as well which made our morning run smoothly as we were getting ready to head to the airport.

Budget Friendly. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and our total cost was â‚¬995.30 euros. It included breakfast every morning of our stay for all of us. There are rooms that sleep 4 people but for us, it came out cheaper for us to book 2 rooms.

Free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris. There is a free shuttle that comes every 30 minutes to get a ride to the Disney Village. The ride is short, only 7 minutes to get to Disney.

Easy access from the train station. From Paris, we took the train to the Marne-la-VallĂ©e/Chessy train station. This train station is located at the gates of the Disney Paris Parks. It is where you will find the buses to the different hotels. We got on the free shuttle bus to our hotel from there. When leaving the hotel to go to the airport you just take the shuttle to the train station and then the train to the airport.

Friendly Staff. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful. While everyone spoke French which is to be expected in France the hotel staff also speaks a variety of different languages. You will have staff that speaks French, English, German, and a few others.
