When looking for something fun for us to enjoy I booked the Jungle Queen Tropical Isle Dinner & Show With Sightseeing Cruise. While they do have another cruise we opted for the evening cruise because it also came with dinner.
I went on this dinner cruise in Ft.Lauderdale with all 4 of my kids who at the time were 5, 12, 15, and 17 and all of them enjoyed it. They enjoyed the boat ride, seeing the houses, the meal and the live entertainment. It was the perfect evening activity for us

No matter when you are visiting the Fort Lauderdale area taking a jungle queen cruise is perfect. The weather is perfect for enjoying the cruise and for enjoying a meal and live show outside just about any month of the year.
Beautiful Tropical Isle.
After taking the fun scenic cruise and seeing all the beautiful homes, you will arrive at the private Isle (which is their own lush tropical isle just for those that go on the cruise) that is where you will get to enjoy a fantastic dinner along with awesome live entertainment. The private island is beautiful and has lush foliage along with a full section of exotic animals and exotic birds to see. The jungle Queen riverboat cruise has its own tropical Isle that after going on the cruise to get there you will enjoy. It is perfect for walking around and just relaxing a bit.
Delicious Dinner Menu.
Dinner is amazing once you get to the Isle. With an all-you-can-eat menu of a BBQ dinner including Baby back ribs, chicken, and tasty side dishes you will for sure be full when you get done eating. If you are a vegetarian you can also request a vegetarian meal.
Amazing Live Entertainment.
There is live entertainment while you are eating and then afterward you will move to the live show area. This live and loud variety show is extremely entertaining and something the whole family will enjoy. During the show they ask for volunteers and while my son wasn’t so thrilled at first that we gave him the push to be picked to go on stage afterward said he was glad he did it and that it was a ton of fun.
Relaxing ride back.
After you have eaten plenty and then laughed like crazy with the live entertainment show you will take the ride back to the dock where the ride home is super relaxing. Which is the perfect way to end the fun filled evening that you just enjoyed.

The Jungle Queen dinner cruise is a fantastic riverboat sightseeing tour cruise in downtown fort lauderdale that takes you thru the intercoastal riverway and the homes of the rich which is named millionaire’s row where you will see beautiful homes, see spectacular mega yachts, learn some history, and see beautiful scenery along the way to the private island where you will enjoy a delicious meal and a fun entertaining live show.
The cruise starts with a narrated sightseeing cruise down the “Venice of America” which is Fort Lauderdale’s New River. While on the scenic boat ride to the Isle you will learn the who, what, where, when, and how much of the homes that are along Millionaire’s row where you will see all homes of the rich and the famous along with some amazing mega yachts.

Adults are $69.95, seniors are $66.95, Kids ages 3-12 are $49.95 and kids ages 0-2 are $20.

Yes, if you want to guarantee seats on a specific date and time. You can purchase tickets at the window but it is best to make your booking online ahead of time.

All cruises sail from the Bahia Mar Yachting Center on A1A.
Where do I park for the Jungle Queen boats Cruises?
Parking is available at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center at the same address as the Jungle Queen and is $11.00 per vehicle and is paid on the ship. There is also public Ft Lauderdale metered parking.
How long is the Riverboat cruise?
The cruise itself is 4 hours long, but you need to arrive 45 minutes ahead of time and then also unboarding the ship when it returns to the dock so plan for 5 hours of time.
When does the dinner cruise on Jungle Queen run?
The tropical Island dinner, show, and sightseeing cruise run every Tuesday thru Sunday.
